GRAHAM PROSSER - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Graham joined Robinson Way as Managing Director in 2006.
Graham oversees Robinson Way and Chase Solutions, our specialist field services business. He has more than 25 years experience in credit and collections and joined us from Littlewoods Shop Direct Group Limited where he was Head of Credit Operations. Prior to this he held senior roles in Ventura, Halifax and Barclaycard.
BILL MURRAY - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Bill joined the company in 1988 and was the driving force behind the successful development and growth of our Talon© collection system, and collection operations in Robinson Way. Bill has 30 years experience within the credit and collections industry including industrial credit management and high volume consumer debt recovery and litigation.
JOHN FREEL - SALES DIRECTOR
John has occupied board director level and senior management positions within the consumer debt collection industry since 1989. He has been with Robinson Way since 2004 with previous experience encompassing both senior operational and client facing roles within other major UK debt collection agencies and debt buyers.
With his co-directors and key account management team he continues to expand Robinson Way’s market standing and reputation as a major UK debt buyer, and formidable DCA within the contingent collection market.
JOHN WOLFENDEN – DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS
John has over 26 years experience of operations management, which has included the formation and management of nationwide field forces and the associated support functions. John has been instrumental in the formation, implementation and training of the nationwide field force, to provide services within the utility industry prior to the inception of deregulation.
John is responsible for the overall control and development of Chase Solutions, and in 2007 also took over the overall management of Robinson Way Home Collections.
