LOUISE SCHOFIELD - HEAD OF COLLECTIONS
Louise joined Robinson Way in September 2005 following a successful six year career in the call centre industry. Her previous employers include Vertex and Caudwell Communications where Louise fulfilled a number of roles and projects including, account bid management, senior operations and project management.
Louise heads up the collections department at Robinson Way, with specific client performance being a priority. In 2007 Louise was nominated for and won the Consumer Collections Manager of the Year Award at the Credit Today Award.
ADELE REID – HEAD OF BOUGHT DEBT OPERATIONS
Adele has worked for Robinson Way since 1998, predominantly as Debt Purchase and Pricing Manager until her recent promotion to Head of Bought Debt Operations. She is responsible for the modeling and pricing of all bought debt portfolios which includes conducting a number of due diligence visits.
Adele assists and oversees the integration of all portfolios once purchased. She also manages the performance analysis of acquired bought debt portfolios and is responsible for the re-forecasting.
MIRIAM SCOTT LLB – LEGAL SERVICES MANAGER
Heading up the legal team, Miriam brings 20 years of specialist legal and industry knowledge to her role at Robinson Way. She is Vice Chair of the Civil Court Users Association (Northern Region) and sits on the Legal and Technical Committee of the organisation. She is a panel member on Consumer Credit Licensing Appeal Tribunals, and is co-chair of the North West Discussion Forum.
MELANIE FOSTER - CLIENT OPERATIONS ANALYST
Melanie joined Robinson Way in October 2006 as the Client Operations Analyst. She is responsible for the continuing development of the Robinson Way Oracle Discoverer reporting environment and management of the data support team. Part of Melanie’s remit is the redevelopment of the existing operational reporting and management information, including standardisation and automation of client reporting requirements.
Melanie has 11 years experience in IT, with over seven years specialising in Oracle products, system development, business analysis and information management.
TAS ALI – CLIENT LIAISON MANAGER
Tas joined the company in 1992 and is our Client Liaison Manager. Tas has over 14 years experience working in debt recovery.
She and her team are responsible for ensuring that our key clients remain satisfied with our service. This involves regular meetings with the sales team and operational management, liaising with clients to address any problems, complaints or issues that may arise, as well as ensuring that client service levels and deadlines are adhered to.
JOAN CURRY – ANCILLARY SERVICES MANAGER
Joan joined the company in 1982 and has 26 years experience of debt collecting and overall knowledge and understanding within all areas of Robinson Way.
Joan and her team have many varied responsibilities within Robinson Way, including ensuring the service we provide is first class. Ancillary Services are responsible for all post coming in/out, the production of all Robinson Way debt collection letters, all cash transactions and balancing on a daily/weekly and monthly basis prior to paying clients.
