Robinson Way retain two field forces. Our national home collection service provides back-end collection post mailing and telephone and litigation activity.
We also provide a comprehensive specialist field agent service via Chase Solutions which will provide our clients with investigation, data capture, asset recovery and utility services (up to and including disconnection of supply).
Home Collection
Over 1,500 field agents provide our UK home collection service. In addition to being an integral part of our collection process, we retain clients that specifically use Robinson Way for our UK home collection service alone.
These include other debt collection agencies, debt purchasers and clients who are able to identify accounts which are either yet to receive a home visit, or where internal scoring or profiling has reported that a personal visit may prove more productive.
