ROBINSON WAY ANNOUNCEMENT 1st October 2009
Further to the announcement dated 26th September 2009, stating that the management buy out of Robinson, Way & Company Limited had been completed by a new company (Robinson Way & Company 2009 Limited registered in England No. 06976081), the Directors can now confirm that a change of company name has been recorded at Companies House, and the name of the new company registered in England No. 06976081 has changed to Robinson Way Limited.
As this is simply a change of name no further novations of contracts are required. All licences, insurances, registrations, compliance certifications and memberships for the company remain in place.
This website has been amended to reflect the new name.
