We are currently recruiting a number of experienced Telephone Negotiators to join our award winning collections team.
The Role:
As a Telephone Negotiator, you will talk directly to customers (taking inbound and making outbound calls) on outstanding debts they have and negotiate and agree repayment schedules. You will also deal with any queries and/or disputes customers have.
You will be working in a fast paced and target focused environment, where compliance is essential.
All roles are located in our call centre in Salford.

Salary:
We have 8 salary levels ranging from a basic salary of £15,000 - £21,800.
Initial salary is dependant on previous experience and performance at interview.
Each salary level has a collections target and bonus associated with it.
For example, a Level 4 Telephone Negotiators basic salary is £18,125 per annum and the monthly collections target is £32,000. For hitting target a bonus of £263 per month is paid.
Shifts:
We operate a 9 week rotating shift pattern as follows:
Week 1: Early: Monday - Friday 8am – 2.30pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm
Week 2: Days: Monday – Friday 8am - 4pm
Week 3: Late: Monday – Thursday 1pm - 8pm & Friday 12.30pm - 7.30pm
Week 4: Early: Monday - Friday 8am – 2.30pm & Saturday 9am - 2pm
Week 5: Days: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
Week 6: Late: Monday – Thursday 1pm - 8pm & Friday 12.30pm - 7.30pm
Week 7: Early: Monday - Friday 8am – 2.30pm & Saturday 9am - 2pm
Week 8: Days: Monday – Friday 11am - 7pm
Week 9: Late: Monday – Thursday 1pm - 8pm & Friday 12.30pm - 7.30pm
