Graham joined Robinson Way in 2006 as Managing Director, and with his co-director Bill Murray, led the successful management buyout in 2009. Having started work for NatWest Bank, Graham has worked in Financial Services for his entire 36 year career. His previous experience includes senior management positions within credit and collections for; Barclaycard, Halifax, Ventura and Shop Direct Group.

David joined Robinson Way as Finance Director in 2009 having been with the business’s previous parent group since 2005. He is a chartered accountant of over 20 years standing and during the last fifteen years has held executive board positions across various business sectors operating both domestically and internationally. David has previously led both management buyout and buy-in transactions and implemented business start-ups in both the UK and overseas.

John has occupied director level and senior management positions within the consumer debt collection industry since 1989. He has been with Robinson Way since 2004 with previous experience encompassing both senior operational and client facing roles within other major UK debt collection agencies and debt buyers. With his co-directors and key account management team he continues to expand Robinson Way’s market standing and reputation as a formidable DCA within the contingent collection market.

Chris joined Robinson Way in 2001, and has been in the Debt Collection Industry for 17 years. Chris has assisted in developing both new and existing clients as the Industry has evolved with advances in both technology and compliance. Although having managed clients in all sectors of the business, Chris has particular experience in managing Banking/Finance clients.

Since first joining the industry in 1991 Rebecca has developed her role, experience and specialist skill sets over the last 20 years, through alternative roles within UK market-leading DCA’s, ultimately leading to her current position as Key Account Director at Robinson Way. Her current responsibilities include client facing relationships with major UK blue chip organisations, as well as retaining an Operational awareness throughout the business and a keen focus on understanding client requirements.

James joined Robinson Way in May 2011 and has been working within the industry since 1995. Spending over 12 years working for one of the UK’s major banks, James has undertaken roles that have covered all aspects of Collections, Trace and Debt Sale within the UK and across Western Europe.
Since 2008 James has worked with many of the UK’s blue chip financial companies across each of the different sectors of the industry. James has a proven track record of a strategic and analytical approach in developing new clients and building partnerships with existing clients.

Louise joined Robinson Way in September 2005 following a successful six year career in the call centre industry. Her previous employers include Vertex and Caudwell Communications where Louise fulfilled a number of roles and projects including: account bid management, senior operations and project management.
Louise heads up the collections department at Robinson Way, with specific client performance being a priority. In 2007 Louise was nominated for and won the Consumer Collections Manager of the Year Award at the Credit Today Award.

Alison joined Robinson Way in September 2009 as Head of HR. Alison, who is MCIPD qualified, has over 15 years experience in generalist and specialist HR roles, working at both strategic and operational levels. Her previous employers include The Co-operative Bank, Co-operative Financial Services, United Biscuits and BP.
As well as HR accountability, Alison also has responsibility for Resourcing, Learning and Development, Payroll, Facilities Management and Health and Safety.

Heading up the legal team, Miriam brings 20 years of specialist legal and industry knowledge to her role at Robinson Way. She is Vice Chair of the Civil Court Users Association (Northern Region) and sits on the Legal and Technical Committee of the organisation. She is a panel member on Consumer Credit Licensing Appeal Tribunals, and is co-chair of the North West Discussion Forum.

Martin joined Robinson Way in September 1992 following six years of training and development in the Textile Industry. Having been introduced to IT development by his previous employer he decided to take up an opportunity with Robinson Way. The journey began as a developer working on the Talon© collection system, then onto Team Leader and ultimately to the position of Head of IT.
With 18 years experience of IT in the collections industry Martin is responsible for ensuring his department meets all the ever changing needs and demands of both our clients and the business as a whole.
Melanie Foster

Melanie Foster

Melanie joined Robinson Way in October 2006, her initial role as Business Intelligence Manager included managing the Data Support Team and implementing the new Oracle Discoverer reporting environment. In 2011 Melanie was promoted to Head of Information Services with responsibility for Information Security. She is currently working on getting Robinson Way certified for ISO27001.
Melanie has 15 years of experience working in a variety of IT roles, with specialisation in Business Intelligence and now Information Security.
