Robinson Way continues to collect our significant bought debt book which was acquired on completion of the Management Buy Out in late 2009.  Bought debt collection is an integral part of the business and is a vital component in the delivery of the overall contribution to our business.

We have no need to subcontract any aspect of the debt we buy.  We retain full management of all accounts via our collections operation in Manchester, which houses our call centre and legal department, supported by our own national field force management team.  For this reason, you can be assured when pricing books we do not rely on any Debt Collection Agency Servicer to maximise our collection results.
